Check If Program Installed as 64-bit Or 32-bit
In Windows 10 you can check if you are using 19541 or later builds. See following steps to check weather program is 32-bit or 64-bit:
Step-1: Open Task Manager
Step-2: Click on more details to expand the small window of Task Manager
Step-3: Select Architecture after right click on the column header or you can check that as shown in following picture:
Step-4: In details tab of Task Manager you will be able to see program version under architecture column. See following image for your reference:
Is it possible to upgrade 32-bit program to 64-bit?
No, you can’t upgrade 32-bit program to 64-bit apps. In order to upgrade you need to uninstall 32-bit version program and install 64-bit software.
