Step 1 : First of all reboot your computer with boo-table windows disk and start your computer in repair mode or safe mode with command line.
Note: If you don’t have boo-table disk for you can download Windows 7 Ultimate ISO
Step 2 : Select Command prompt option as shown in the following image.
Step 3 : Now you can reset the user password using command line. If you are not sure about use name you can type “net user” command to see all existing user on your computer.
